I am still trying to figure out what works best and get into a schedule. I need to remember that this is a work in progress and I am not going to be perfect.
That being said, yesterday I had to be to work early so I was up at 4. I left at 2:30 and ran for 30 minutes before I went and got my little one from daycare. That is where the trouble began...
Here is what I ate yesterday..
Breakfast: banana
Lunch: steamed broccoli and cauliflower
went home and worked out
Then I had about 20 crackers with cheese on. NOT GOOD
Dinner: 1 bowl of beef stroganoff. I started a second bowl but quicly realized my mistake and threw it away.
Snack: 1/2 bag of microwaveable kettle corn
So as you can see not good, but sadly enough not as bad as it usually is. LOL
My question is what kind of healthy snacks do you keep around the house?
We are so the same, we start out good (steamed veggies and lean protein) and then gradually decline into the crackers and kettle corn. I think we can pull ourselves out of these bad habits and get our fabulous back. Let's do this.

I love cereal!! I recently have gone through a 3-stage diet. My current stage I am not allowed to have starches or sugars. I found a cereal called "Puffed Millet" that I add almond milk and a package of stevia to. It is so yummy, I actually feel like its a treat! I also love apples.
ReplyDeleteWow Shalon. You look awesome!!! I always assumed women like you never diet or work out. Was your diet a ketosis diet of any kind. Whatever it was it really works for you.
